What happened to The "Problem Reports And Solutions" Center? Why is it not in Windows 7 like it was in Windows Vista. i thought it was a valuable tool for error reporting. is microsoft going to replace it with something else, put it back into the OS, or not? or is it just missing for not for some odd reason?

It's been replaced by the action center.You can still check for solutions there, under the maintenance pane.

oh ok, but they need to make it more clear... right now its seems to be a bit user unfriendly in certain areas...

i finally found the Windows 7 error reporting thing, i think. and it sucks from my point of view and so far it seems broken. it could just be broken since its a beta.... either way I liked the Windows Vista error reporting better. they could always merge it with the Windows 7 action center thing....

What don't you specifically like about it? The action center is the error and solutions center, and it works pretty well. I had an issue with my fingerprint sensor and it gave my the direct link to the windows 7 x64 beta drivers from authentec. I find it to be much superior and user friendly.

well, so far i have had a few errors in windows 7 and it has not been reporting any errors at all and it will not let me report them manually like it did in vista... and plus i hate the way its organized... oddly i still use Windows 2000 for certain things rather than XP, but only because I like Windows 2000 the most. I have been using PCs for way to long. I think microsoft still needs to get their act together for certain things.

I liked Problem Reports And Solutions was very useful pity it's not in windows 7.

i'm experimenting with the beta more and the new action center seems to suck in my opinion....so far it seems like i i have access to my error reports...why is that?knowing whats wrong is kind of an important to me.expecially in the beta. i need to know how to fix issues that i experience....Vista had it right. at least for the error reporting thing.
